"the license for this installation does not allow usage of the web client"

Has anyone seen this error before? it happens when the user tries to log into flow on the browser.

Hi,

probably the license file is…struggling with consistency :slight_smile:

Do all users get it or just some?
If some then what is the type set for those users?

Does your license screen say “Web client” Alowed: Yes ?

If not, does updating the license help?

Only one user is getting it so far. However when i log in as that user on my own PC I don’t get the error, I can log in. It must be something to do with his browser or else his PC.

Turns out the person had the wrong url, I think it was an old DEV Flow environment he was trying to log into.
All good now.
