Error on service pack installation

When trying to install service pack 6.14.12.16 I get the following Error:

Unable to install URL Rewrite module.

Reason: Unable to download Web Platform Installer.

Please download and install it manually.

It then said it had completed the install ok, but I cannot run any Flows from the web client.

I get this error:

Unexpected error: Access to the path ‘-eFjlb1PFUq22QlsB_0B2w’ is denied.

Does anyone know how I manually install the Web Platform?

Hi Ivan,
Thanks, this allowed the installer, but the web client would still not run any flows.
I managed to get it working by giving the App Pool account read/write access to the WebClient folder and sub-folders.
