Novacura Flow Server Upgrade

I’m trying to upgrade flow but I am getting this error
“section or group name is already defined”

Any idea on how i can fix it?

Could you provide the web.config file? In theory, you should make a backup of your Novacura install folder, then manually edit the web.config file to remove the line(s) it is erroring on, then attempt to perform the upgrade again.

I just tried an update to the same verion on my local Flow and that went ok. Perhaps best Alyazia if you raise a ticket in our Jira and our support can take a look at it.
The error obviously sounds Oracly so not sure if it has something to do with the connector or that a PL SQL tool prehaps is installed on the flow server? Wild guessing
