Does anyone know why our scheduled jobs are running an hour later after the time change? Server time is correct but our jobs are running at 09:00 and not at 08:00. Is there a setting that we have to change within NovaCura?

the scheduled flows can only be set to “Repeat every” xx seconds/minutes/hours/days
And then you give it a start time and they just repeat.
So i think (if you have them on 24 hours) that the scheduler is just continuing with counting the 24 hrs (not taking into account the time shift)
Did you try stopping the job and starting it again?
