Properties not showing in Flow

I have a Property that is a table. The table has values in it. When running the Flow in PROD it’s not able to see the property so the Flow errors. This works in STAG/TEST but not in PROD. Are there any permissions that need to happen in PROD for the flow to see the property?

Notice that the OrderTypes or DocumentTitles are not showing in the variables when running the Flow.

There should not be any permissions. But you would need to sign out and back in for them to show in prod, nothing simple like that?
