In Flow Classic, trying to use Signature Input for the 1st time.
When I run the flow from Studio, it loads with a dummy value of “Novacura Flow”, and I cannot access input box to enter a value.
When I run from computer (touch screen tablet - web browser) flow displays message “This client does not support this control type”.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to test from a warehouse scanner (android) type device? Help please.
Are you using the old web client maybe? Or do you access your apps via https://web.novacuraflow.com/ ?
Without investigating this it might be the case the old (non supported) web client doesn’t support it. The Testbench doesn’t it will just have a placeholder signature.
Looks like it was due to the device. When running the flow using Zebra (andriod) client, we are able to sign as desired.
