We use Zebra ET40 tablets with Android iOS for our operators to run Novacura flows in various areas of our warehouse.
We have found that some flows with user steps - with data entry fields, when they tap on a field on the device screen to enter the data - the tablet brings up keyboard for data input, but instead of providing the “next” button on screen, they first have to enter the data, then use the “back” arrow to go back after data entry, and then the flow will show the “next” button on screen with the field populated.
Is this the expected normal behavior for devices like this? Have to “go back” first to move forward?
