How do I UNINSTALL Portal2?

Once you hit the “Uninstall” button the whole entry will be uninstalled not only Portal2.

I just want to uninstall Portal 2 as my install of it is broken in order to reinstall it.
But, uninstalling all of Flow is not possible for me.
Maybe you could try deleting the source files of portal2 and the related nodes on IIS. I’m not entirely sure if this would uninstall portal2 correctly.

yeah there is no auto uninstall option but i think some “manual labor” is needed (although i rarely installed portal successfully without manually changing a config file here or there so…its just tradition at this point 
)
So i think you would need to remove a registry key first:
which would allow you to go into Server Manager and Manage Portal 2 and get it to recognize that it needs to be installed.
Then you delete the nodes in IIS
and the portal installation
and you should be good to reinstall
(If you really wanna kill it and start from scratch, delete the folder in Data too)
