Training environment crashing when attempting to create workflow

Hello,

I am attempting to create a workflow in the training environment. When attempting to close my work, the whole environment ends up crashing. How could this be amended in order for it not to happen?

Hi,
when does it happen? It is a pretty generic error so hard to tell from just seeing it.
