Hi there - we need to install an older version of Novacura Studio (6.13.17) - I’ve downloaded the offline installation zip, but it appears to be missing the Designer file
Is it possible to get this file added to that zip file?

I think the designer should be backward compatible, so you could fetch it from the 6.15 or 6.14 offline package.
I will ask around to see if I can find someone who can help, but most people are away for the summer over here. If urgent and the above fix does not work I think its best if you create a support ticket wtih us.

We have 6.14 and 6.15 versions of Flow Studio, but we seem to need 6.13 version in order to connect to 6.13 Novacura. We have found an older version of Flow Studio offline files (6.13.4), and that seems to be able to connect to this instance of Novacura, so we are able to get by at the moment, but it would be good to have 6.13.17 if possible
The offline files are only for the server components (back in that version). Try this link to get the old 6.13 Flow Studio: https://home.novacuraflow.com/Downloads/flow%206/6.13/Novacura%20Flow%20Studio.exe
You can also launch Novacura Flow Classic Launcher, and switch the tab from Login to Install, and click Install underneath Flow Studio 6.13.17.
But if you really truly only need the .nupkg file for offline designer for version 6.13.17, try this link.

Thanks for the link to the Designer file, that’s just what we needed - the person who is trying to install that version doesn’t have enough internet access to use the installer in Flow Studio, so everything has to be via Offline files
