Hi Flow support,
After I installed the Novacura flow server, I found that the Offline menu option did not appear on my Android
device. How can I configure the device to support offline mode when installing the service?

All installations have offline capabilities. To make your workflows run in offline mode, you need to design them for that purpose. I suggest you read through the help section on offline workflows to get a better understanding: Offline workflow - Flow Help
And just be clear: the Forum is separate from the Novacura Product Support. The Support doesn’t staff the Forum. The forum is run entirely by the Novacura community.
