Is it possible to always have the portal selection visible at the top of the menu for the portal you’re currently in?
So for example when I’m using “ekonomi” i want to be displayed on top so it’s get easier to navigate?
Is that possible?

Unfortunately not, but there are breadcrumbs you can enable under navigation:
Alternatively, you can choose side menu navigation to make it more visible maybe.
