Nicelabel Printer Error

Hi,
We have a Nicelabel printer set up in our offshore environment. I just set it up for a new offshore environment that we will be using. I get the following error. I double checked the configurations as well and I belive I have done it correct.

Can you help me figure out what I have done wrong? or where I should check?

Have you added the printer to NiceLabel?

Hi Daniel.
Yes I have added the Printer. there were several trouble shootings and after few configuration changes we managed to get this to work. Thank you.
