External App launcher debug error

I am trying to test a small flow with just the external app launcher, but I keep getting the same error
"binding method not found for externalapplauncher. Debugger will close.

Have you come across this before.
also other than the help screen, is there any more information on how it actually works ?

You cannot run external app launcher in the debugger, only on iOS or Android. If you google “deep link” you will find more info I think, but the idea is to have for example MS teams open on the phone when you click the deep link in the workflow (running the iOS app of Flow).
