Connect - How to remove unfinished inbox items

There was some odd behaviour in my workflow that resulted in an infinite loop, which forced me to close the Connect client. But after I re-ran the workflow and re-opened the client, the previous inbox item session was still there with a pause icon. If I select it, the “The item with the given ID does not exist on the user step.” error is shown and even if I refresh inbox view it still shows up. It’s been here since morning and it’s happened twice for me. I was wondering if there was a way to remove them or if this is a bug.

That sounds like a bug. Please report it in JSM.

If logging out and logging back in doesn’t solve it, try clearing your browser’s cache (if you are in webclient). If this doesn’t fix it, report a bug like @malin.johansson suggested here.
