Maximum number of rows to be shown in data Grid

How many rows I can show in data grid and how to control it?

I’m using portal2 and flow classic.

If by datagrid you mean a table portlet, the maximum is 500. It is controlled in the DATA, DEFAULT PRESENTATION.

Thanks for the reply , this setting from PORTAL2 table portlet.

I wanted to know when I use a data grid in WF and it opens in user prompt , what is the limit of that GRID .Because in one of my requirment i perhaps need to show 3000 lines in this GRID , will taht allow or I need to change any setting.

I’m using poratl2.

A long time ago, you could add a secret xml config into the web.config for the webclient (which is what Portal 2 calls).

But, I have long lost that info.

Hi, there is a “defaultGridPageSize” setting that can be set in the web client’s web config. see: Web client - Flow Help for more info. You can also see and modify it for your user per each grid using F12 in the browser: [image]
