Hi, I am using a machine step to create a user in my environment. It seems when I do that that my “userAdded” System event is not executing. Is this expected behavior?

Hi,

no, it should work when creating from flow too.

(just tried it in 6.15.12.23 server and it worked)

What is your server version?

Is the user successfully created?

(maybe the format of the parameters is wrong, meaning Active = true instead of True or some such thing…)

My event flow just sends a mail with Identity

Also: did you create your event workflow from New button in System Events section?

(I once had issues when manually creating the starting record)

Hi, thanks. I haven’t been able to get into it yet to understand what is going on. Thanks for checking though. The problem is that other people are the ones creating the users, so I don’t hear about this until WAY later…so I will need to do some testing on my own I guess.

Yeah, I just tested it. Created a user just now. I see the user get into the Users list. None of the stuff in the addUser event flow happened.
