# Manual entry in list of value field

Is it possible to allow manual entry in a LOV in poratl2?

Do you mean for the end user to add or modify a row in an existing LOV?

If so, the answer is no directly from the UI. But you could have a table portlet with the same values as for the LoV and let them modify data there.
